Return Policy – Reign & Dominate

At Reign & Dominate, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's how we can help:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • We do not accept returns on discounted or final sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • We offer size or product exchanges, subject to availability.

  • To request an exchange, email us at info@reignanddominate.com with your order number and the item details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.

Return Process

  1. Email us at returns@reignanddominate.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
