• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

4. Packaging

Every order is packed with care and intention, using eco-conscious packaging that reflects our brand ethos.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately with clear photos at orders@reignanddominate.com.

5. Delays and Exceptions

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather conditions, or external events.

• In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes or regional restrictions.

• If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, contact us and we will follow up with the delivery partner.

6. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete.

• Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will require a new shipping fee to be resent.

• We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
